Terms and conditions for Unlimited Membership
- Payments that have already been made are non-refundable
- Payments that have already been made are non-transferable
- Schedule is subject to change without refunds
- Monthly fee will be charged to your credit card automatically every month on the 1st
- Members are responsible for updating their payment information
- If a transaction is declined, the member is still responsible for making the payment
- Auto-pay will continue until you cancel your membership with a Fit4Mom Maui administrator
- 30 day written notice is required for membership cancellation
- A $25 dollar fee will be charged for holds
- Accounts can be put on hold for a maximum of 3 months
- If the membership is canceled and requested to be reinstated, the member will be required to pay half the sign-up fee
- 3 monthly payments commitment required
- We will be closed one week in July and one week around the holidays in December/January
