Stroller StridesĀ®

Stroller Strides is a 60 min full body workout that moms can do with their babies! Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors (who are also moms), it is a great workout for any fitness level. Workouts include power walking and or running, strength training and body toning with resistance bands, body weight, the stroller and the environment. Instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are getting an awesome workout!
